Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon is hiring for Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales). You will install and maintain tires and wheels, perform rotations and TPMS recalibration, and assist customers.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 35–75 lbs, and strong customer service in a fast-paced store. Full-time positions with benefits include medical, retirement, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels; calibrate TPMS.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles.
• Promote store sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist other employees; wash tires and wheels; test and install batteries.
