Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking an experienced Tire Technician to service and maintain tires and wheels with accuracy and speed. You will perform mounting, dismounting, balancing, inflation, and install new wheels, while also handling fluid services and basic vehicle maintenance.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, working holidays and weekends as needed, and passing pre-employment screenings. Benefits include Kaiser plans, 401K, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Experience with mounting/balancing and repairing tires.
• Able to perform oil changes and fluid exchanges with autos and light trucks.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Successful pre-employment drug screening, MVR, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Tire care including mounting and dismounting, repairing/rotating/inflating, and installing new wheels.
• Proficient at doing fluid services and fluid exchanges.
• Performing oil changes or any type of flushes and maintenance.
• Calibrating TPMS.
• Inventory stocking.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Test-driving vehicles after maintenance.
