Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking an experienced Tire Technician to service tires and wheels, perform maintenance, and ensure timely, accurate work. The role includes mounting/dismounting, balancing, inflating, and installing wheels, as well as fluid services and oil changes.

You will calibrate TPMS, test batteries, manage inventory, and test-drive vehicles after maintenance. We offer Kaiser medical, dental/vision, 401K, PTO, vacation, uniforms, referral program, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience mounting, balancing, and repairing tires.
• Able to perform oil changes and fluid exchanges on autos and light trucks.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after-hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation to work and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Successful pre-employment drug screen, MVR, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Mount/dismount tires, balance, repair, rotate, inflate, and install wheels.
• Perform fluid services and fluid exchanges.
• Conduct oil changes and maintenance tasks.
• Calibrate TPMS and test-drive vehicles after service.
• Stock inventory and assist with battery testing/installation.

Big O Tires is looking for an experienced, hardworking Tire Technician responsible for servicing and performing maintenance of tires and wheels in an accurate and timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tire care including mounting and dismounting, repairing/rotating/inflating, and installing new wheels
• Proficient at doing fluid services and fluid exchanges
• Performing oil changes or any type of flushes and maintenance
• Calibrating TPMS
• Inventory stocking
• Testing and installing batteries
• Test-driving vehicles after maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS (Required)

• At least 18+ years old with a Valid driver's license
• Experience with Mounting/ Balancing and repairing tires
• Able to perform Oil change and fluid exchanges with autos and light trucks
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and criminal background check
