Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service technician to install, maintain, and service tires and wheels, delivering outstanding customer service and adhering to company policies. The role includes tire repairs, rotations, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite service driving.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, comfort with a fast-paced environment, and the physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; install/relearn/calibrating TPMS.
• Test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Pay and Benefits:
