Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and customer service. You will install and service tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations, and TPMS calibration, and assist teammates while promoting the store’s value proposition.

We offer on-the-job training, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits. This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires.

• Test drive and service vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite/ emergency road calls.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
