Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED; experience in tire services or automotive repair.
• Physical: ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to Belle Tire’s quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
