Belle Tire in Illinois is seeking a Tire Technician to mount, dismount, balance, rotate and repair tires, while upholding safety and quality standards. You will help customers choose tire options and maintenance needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 18 years old, valid driver's license, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, customer-first mindset.
• Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards; clean hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
