Belle Tire is hiring a Tire Technician in Bloomington, IL who will perform tire installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations while upholding safety and quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store focused on exceptional customer service and thorough tire care.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with a passion for working on cars, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stay organized in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
