Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service Technician in Spokane, WA to service tires and wheels and provide outstanding customer care. The role covers installation, maintenance, and calibration of TPMS, with emphasis on safe handling and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test and install batteries.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite or emergency road service.
• Promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.
• Assist other employees and participate in vehicle test drives.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels


• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires


• attaching and rebalancing wheels


• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS


• washing tires and wheels


• testing and installing batteries


• using and maintenance of equipment


• assisting other employees


• test driving vehicles


• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience
