Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians for our Queens Village, NY area service centers. This full-time role offers hands-on training with no prior automotive experience required and introduces a weekly incentive program.

You will join a large national network with ongoing opportunities for growth. In addition to a guaranteed hourly wage, the job includes a weekly bonus program and chances to earn more through performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work 5 days per week

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
