Pep Boys and Team Mavis are hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians in the Long Island City area. No experience needed; you'll receive paid training and participate in a weekly incentive program with bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period.

As part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization with over 4,000 locations, you will install tires, rotate and balance, perform repairs, and deliver quality service on a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer‑promised delivery times.
• Provide high‑quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team.
