Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Baldwin, NY locations. No experience is required — paid training starts you off and eligible technicians can receive weekly incentive bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period.

As part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization, you’ll learn hands-on skills, install and rotate tires, balance wheels, and contribute to safe, quality service in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer‑promised delivery times
• Providing high‑quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team
