Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our West Hartford, CT locations. No automotive experience is required, and we’ll provide PAID training to get you started.

Eligible technicians can earn guaranteed weekly incentive payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800. As part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization with thousands of locations, you’ll learn hands-on skills, work in a fast-paced team, and have opportunities

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
