Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in New Jersey is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Princeton area centers. No experience is required, as we provide PAID TRAINING and a weekly incentive program.

In addition to the hourly pay, eligible Tire Technicians can earn weekly bonuses totaling up to $800 during the introductory period. You will install tires, rotate and balance wheels, and help deliver fast service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No experience required; paid training is provided.
• Eligible Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonuses up to $800 during introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
