Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians in New Jersey. No experience is required; we provide PAID training to get you started and you can earn weekly incentive bonuses during the introductory period totaling up to $800.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality service as part of a fast-paced team.
