Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in Lodi, NJ is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our service centers. You will receive hands-on training while learning essential tire services and earning incentive-based pay as part of a team.

No prior automotive experience is required. Paid training is provided, and eligible technicians can earn guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period totaling up to $800.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times.
