Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our service centers in the Ramsey, NJ area. You'll receive hands-on training and earn additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

No experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know through paid training, with guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
