Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of tire technician experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and maneuver tires weighing 75+ pounds.
• Strong understanding of tire service procedures and safety standards.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for safety and serviceability.
• Perform tire replacements and roadside service as needed.
• Accurately complete service documentation before and after work is performed.
• Ensure customer vehicles are treated with care and returned in equal or better conditions.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work bay.
• Follow all proper safety and installation procedures.
• Assist with unloading, stacking, and disposal of tires.
• Maintain proper care and maintenance of shop tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and supervisors regarding service needs.
• Participate in a rotating 24-hour on‑call schedule.
• Work occasional Saturdays as business demands require.
