True North Fleet Services in Broussard, LA, is seeking an experienced Tire Technician to service commercial and passenger tires. You will install, balance, rotate, and repair tires, inspect components for safety, and complete accurate service documentation.

The role supports a 24/7 on-call schedule and occasional Saturdays, with a focus on quality workmanship and teamwork. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of tire experience, a strong safety mindset, and a professional work ethic.

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Tire Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism. This role plays a critical part in keeping commercial vehicles operating safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Install, mount, balance, rotate, and repair commercial and passenger tires
• Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for safety and serviceability
• Perform tire replacements and roadside service as needed
• Accurately complete service documentation before and after work is performed
• Ensure customer vehicles are treated with care and returned in equal or better conditions
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work bay
• Follow all proper safety and installation procedures
• Assist with unloading, stacking, and disposal of tires
• Maintain proper care and maintenance of shop tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with office staff and supervisors regarding service needs
• Participate in a rotating 24‑hour on‑call schedule
• Work occasional Saturdays as business demands require

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of tire technician experience required
• Strong understanding of tire service procedures and safety standards
• Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid Driver’s License Required

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver tires weighing 75+ pounds

Customer Service Experience Preferred
