Les Schwab Tire Centers in Minnesota is seeking a Sales & Service team member responsible for the installation, maintenance and sale of tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and following company policies.

Responsibilities include tire installation, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing, tool maintenance, and assisting other staff while driving service quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds and regular bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Experience

Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
