Job summary

Flynn’s Tire in Kent, OH is hiring Tire Technicians for an entry-level role with no automotive experience required. We provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• No experience required; Degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
