Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our team in Indiana. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, with hands-on training to grow into more advanced roles.

Responsibilities include operating tire balancers and machines, completing work orders, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe workspace. This entry-level role emphasizes growth and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
