Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and customer service. You will perform installations, balancing, TPMS calibrations, battery tests, and offsite service in a fast-paced store environment.

The position offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within a well-established tire retailer across western states.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; regular bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
