Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Service Tire Technician to provide hands-on tire and basic automotive service for fleets in a busy warehouse and service environment. The role offers opportunities to handle more complex tire applications and grow into a long-term career.

Responsibilities include tire changes, oil changes, and basic maintenance across agricultural, forklift, lawnmower, truck, and automotive tires. Steel-toed shoes and safety gear required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Mechanical aptitude for basic automotive and tire service.
• Experience as a service technician or tire service is preferred.
• Customer service skills for fleet/commercial clients.
• Reliable, able to work Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire changes, oil changes, and basic maintenance for fleet/commercial accounts.
• Work on a variety of tires including agricultural, forklift, lawnmower, truck, and automotive tires.
• Use jacks to safely hoist vehicles and service tires.
• Move tires around shop and keep warehouse organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and service area.
• Assist with appointments and walk-in customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Deliver service in company truck when trained and assigned.
• Grow into handling overnight service calls and broader tire applications.
• Collaborate with teammates to manage workflow in shipping/receiving, service, and retread areas.
• Follow safety guidelines with tools and equipment.
