Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to join a fast-paced, results-focused team committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers opportunities to learn and progress through tire service, oil changes, and potential light mechanical work.

Ideal candidates bring automotive service experience, a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills allow.
