Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Missoula, MT is seeking a Sales & Service associate focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. Responsibilities include installing tires and wheels, rotating and repairing tires, balancing wheels and calibrating TPMS, while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and comfort working at a fast pace. Training is provided, with opportunities for internal promotion and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
