Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Moscow, ID, is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will perform tire/wheel installation, maintenance, balancing, TPMS calibration, and related services while delivering excellent customer care.

The role emphasizes fast-paced work, lifting up to 75 lbs, and teamwork to promote store sales. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes store sales.
