Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Columbia Falls, Montana is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver exceptional customer service and complete work according to company standards and the Code of Conduct.

Daily duties include installing and balancing tires, repairing and rotating tires, servicing TPMS, driving service vehicles as needed, and supporting fellow staff while promoting the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Test/recalibrate TPMS when needed.
• Drive service vehicles for offsite or emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
