Les Schwab Tire Centers in Fremont, NE is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform rotations and TPMS calibration, and promote store sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include tire repair, balancing, battery testing, and assisting teammates. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 35–75 pounds are required. This is a full-time role with benefits after eligibility.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
