Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a part-time Tire Technician in Cypress, CA to mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires, perform oil changes, and test batteries. You will inspect vehicles, support with TPMS service, and help maintain a clean, safe shop while delivering quick, accurate customer service.

The role offers flexible schedules, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth into mechanic, service advisor, or management positions within a fast-paced automotive team.

Qualifications

• Automotive, tire, or lube experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Test and replace batteries.
• Inspect vehicles and document findings.
• Assist with TPMS sensor service.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support teammates in delivering fast, accurate customer service.
• Learn additional mechanical skills like brakes, alignments, and suspension work over time.
