Job summary

American Tire Depot in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hiring a Part-Time Tire Technician to join a fast-paced automotive team. Flexible scheduling, hands-on training, and growth opportunities are available as you mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires, perform oil changes, test batteries, and inspect vehicles.

We value reliability, safety, and a willingness to learn, with weekend availability preferred. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, tire, or lube is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect vehicles and document findings
• Assist with TPMS sensor service
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Support teammates in delivering fast, accurate customer service
• Learn additional mechanical skills like brakes, alignments, and suspension work over time
