Tandem Tire in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Tire Technician to help deliver fast, accurate service for our customers. The role involves tire mounting, balancing, oil changes, and TPMS work, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have automotive service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Weekend availability is a plus as guest demand is highest then.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Document issues after visual inspections.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Deliver fast, accurate service with the team.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
