Discount Tire & Automotive is seeking a Tire Technician to join a performance-driven team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and related services in a busy shop environment.

Ideal candidates have tire/auto service experience, a strong work ethic, and a safety-minded approach. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 70 lbs are required; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded; willing to grow.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, elite service with the team.
