Job summary

Belle Tire is hiring a Tire Technician to mount, dismount, balance and rotate tires while delivering top-quality service. You will explain options to customers and perform repairs as needed in a fast-paced, safety‑mocused shop environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working a varied Monday‑through‑Saturday schedule. There are extensive benefits, including health coverage, retirement plans, training and advancement opportunities in a growing company

Qualifications

• 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's safety standards and clean hubs/wheels.
• Explain tire options, maintenance, and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
