- Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
- Attaching and rebalancing wheels
- Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
- Washing tires and wheels
- Testing and installing batteries
- Using and maintaining equipment
- Assisting other employees
- Test driving vehicles
- Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
- Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales, and utilizing the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
