Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate, and inflate tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with offsite road service, drive service vehicles, and support other staff, while upholding company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels; TPMS calibration.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
