You will focus on safety, quality, and customer communication while working as part of a team in a tire and automotive service retail setting. The role includes lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for long periods, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
