Job summary

Belle Tire in Michigan is seeking a Tire Technician to install, maintain, repair, and rotate tires, helping customers stay on the move. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store focused on safety and quality.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and bring detail orientation and a customer-first mindset. Prior tire service or auto repair experience is a plus, with ASE certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous tire service or automotive repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
