Job summary

Belle Tire is hiring a Tire Technician in Westland, MI to provide expert tire services including installation, maintenance, repairs and rotations. You will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented store focused on safety and quality, delivering outstanding service to our customers.

You will mount, dismount, balance, rotate and repair tires, explain options, keep a clean and safe workspace, and support the store team with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Previous tire services or automotive repair experience.
• Physical ability to stand, bend and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
