Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, rapid work pace, and safe operation of equipment to service tires and wheels.

Training is provided on the job to develop skills in TPMS calibration, wheel work, and road-service support. You will routinely lift 35 to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment, with compensation starting at an hourly rate and featuring benefits

Responsibilities

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
