Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service position focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and balance tires, service TPMS, and assist customers with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

This role involves substantial physical activity and uses company guidelines to ensure outstanding customer experiences. As a member of the Les Schwab team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds frequently and bend, twist, kneel, and stand.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate and rebalance.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; test drive and offsite service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Operate service equipment and assist other staff.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$14.85 - $23.15
