Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Tire Technician to join our BMW Service Team. This entry-level position provides hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced BMW technicians while developing the skills necessary to become a certified automotive technician.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This role will focus on Tire mounting, balancing, and rotations.

• Automotive vocational training or enrollment in an automotive technology program preferred.
• Strong interest in automotive repair and vehicle technology.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Required

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully complete pre‑employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening

Compensation

• $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Based on qualifications

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday through Saturday availability
• Sundays off
