Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and customer service. You will install and rotate tires, repair, rebalance wheels, and assist customers with tire needs while following company policies.

This full-time position requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 35–75 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment. Eligible employees receive medical/dental/vision, life insurance, retirement plan, PTO and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalance wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing batteries; operating equipment.
• Assist other employees; test driving vehicles; perform offsite and emergency road services; promote store sales.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
