Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Anderson, CA is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, and for delivering outstanding customer service in line with company policies.

You will perform tire and wheel installation and maintenance, TPMS calibration, warranty and upsell opportunities, and provide timely service to customers while following safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
Washing tires and wheels.
Testing and installing batteries.
Using and maintenance of equipment.
Assisting other employees.
Test driving vehicles.
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
Attaching and rebalancing wheels
Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
Washing tires and wheels
Testing and installing batteries
Using and maintenance of equipment
Assisting other employees
Test driving vehicles
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
