Les Schwab Tire Centers in Sidney, NE is hiring for a Sales & Service role. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, perform maintenance, rotate and balance tires, calibrate TPMS, and assist customers with a focus on service excellence.

The role includes offsite road service, driving company vehicles, and supporting store operations. On‑the‑job training is provided; lifting and physical work are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Job Description

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
Attaching and rebalancing wheels
Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
Washing tires and wheels
Testing and installing batteries
Using and maintenance of equipment
Assisting other employees
Test driving vehicles
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales; using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience
