Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Stanley, NY. You will take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for trucks and other vehicles in shop and roadside service, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role involves lifting 75+ pounds, working in varying temperatures, and possibly rotating day/night shifts. DOT medical card may be obtained with Love’s support, and the team emphasizes growth opportunities and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to work in rotating day and night shifts.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (DOT) (paid by Love’s)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
