Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking tire technicians to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy shop and roadside setting. You’ll interact with customers and drivers, helping them with tire sales, removals, and replacements while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to comply with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for customers and drivers.
• Perform vehicle and store facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Operate in a rotating day/night schedule and obtain required medical certification.

Job Functions

• Earn $18.50 - $23.00 p/hour
• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
