Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to service tires for trucks, cars and commercial vehicles in busy shops and on the roadside.

No experience? We will teach you! The role requires lifting 75+ pounds, working in varying temperatures, and rotating day/night shifts while upholding safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility equipment and general housekeeping.
• Lift 75+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per safety policies.
• Rotate day/night shifts as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical DOT card (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
