Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Indiana. You will interact with customers and drivers, performing tire sales, installation, and roadside service in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, so no prior experience is required, and you will join a growing team focused on growth and service. Physical work includes lifting 75+ pounds and working in varying temperatures, with a rotating day/night schedule.

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping tasks.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
• Contribute to a fast-paced team delivering friendly service to customers and drivers.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
