Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians in Missouri. You will interact with customers and drivers, perform tire sales and replacements, and help keep the shop clean and safe.

No prior experience is required—I will train you to succeed with our growing team. Qualifications

• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds.
• Willingness to learn tire service and safety procedures.
• Reliable, with good attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for customers and drivers.
• Maintain shop and facilities with cleanliness and safety in mind.
• Move and handle tires and equipment; work in varied temperatures.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and colleagues.
• Support a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Possess or obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
